Product returns due to delivery error
In case the customer receives products different or with different properties from the ones he has ordered, he should contact us to return the products for checking and confirmation ofthe error. In this case the cost of returning the products to us as well as the shipping costs to the customer for the second time are covered by our company.
Returns of defective products
In case the product delivered to the customer has a manufacturing defect, contact us immediately to return the products for inspection and confirmation of the defect.
The return of the product should be done together with all the documents that accompanied the product e.g. Receipt, Invoice, etc. and in its original packaging.
The return of the product should be done by courier and the customer bears the shipping costs to our company and our company bears the shipping costs for the replacement of the product.
Upon receipt of the product from our company, the defect mentioned is checked and in communication with the customer, information is provided about the results of the check. In order for the product to be replaced or returned, it must not have been damaged by the customer and must not be incomplete.
If the defect is confirmed, the product is replaced or the order is canceled and a refund is made if there is no product of corresponding characteristics for replacement.
In case of cancellation of the order, the refund of the purchase is made in the same way as your initial payment to our company.
Our company is committed to refund the amount no later than 14 days after the cancellation of the order, while there may be a longer delay by the issuing Bank, something in which we have no control and we are not responsible.
Right of unjustified withdrawal
The customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within a period of 14 days starting from the date of delivery. The withdrawal is made under the following conditions:
The product packaging or the products themselves must not be opened.
This withdrawal is unjustified and without any charge and if the product has already been delivered the customer must return the product exactly in the condition in which it was received, with all its parts, the accompanying forms and its packaging in excellent condition.
The return of the product is accepted, only if the buyer has first paid any amount charged by the company for the shipment of the item to him and the shipping costs for the return of the item.
The withdrawal statement is exercised in writing or electronically and our company will inform the customer via email as soon as it is received.
After receiving the withdrawal statement, our company is obliged to return the total amount received within a maximum of 14 days from the receipt of the products while there may be a longer delay by the issuing Bank, something in which we have no control and we are not responsible.
The refund to the customer will be made by the same means by which the initial payment was made.
In case of opening the packaging and / or use of the products, their value is automatically reduced as the product is characterized as used and the customer must compensate the company for reducing the value of the product. The reduction of the value from the opening of the package and consequently from the characterization of the product as used is examined on a case by case basis and is determined by our company.
In case the products are returned damaged or incomplete, our company has the right to request compensation from the customer.
