Sknipa Imperial stout is a dark beer, unpasteurized and unfiltered with a high alkaline degree. With its slow maturation for 10 months in Martinique Rum barrels, it manages to exchange aromas and flavors. It is produced with a large amount of different roasted malts, both wheat and barley, a moderate amount of hops and yeast, without the addition of sugar.
It is characterized by its malty character with aromas of espresso, dark chocolate, vanilla as well as dark fruits and rum on the nose. Full bodied, creamy and soft in the mouth with a long aftertaste.
A dark beer, special and extremely complex and aromatic is suitable to accompany you in any special occasion or not.
